We have had DFS MLB action all day and it only heats up with tonights slate. Below I will go through some Pitcher plays along with Stacks that I am targetting and some other bats in the MLB Fantasy Strategy.

Brewers @ Cardinals(-160) 7
Diamondbacks @ Padres(-145) 6.5
Rockies @ Giants(-135) 7
Rays @ Blue Jays(-155) 8.5
Yankees @ Orioles(-130) 8
A’s @ Astros(-120) 7.5

Tigers @ Pirates(-140) 7.5
Mariners @ Dodgers(-135) 7.5
Lance Lynn, St Louis (FD $8700, DK $8700)
Lynn struck out 9 over 6 innings of work in his 2015 debut and faces a Brewers squad that he struck out 26 times in 25 innings last year with an ERA of 1.80. Since 2012, Lynn has a 2.81 ERA with 8.46 K/9 at Busch Stadium and I think he makes the best SP option tonight as he is the second largest favorite of the night.
Collin McHugh, Houston (FD $8300, DK $7700)
McHugh is a ground ball pitcher who sported a 9.14 K/9 in 2014 and is coming off of a Win and 4K performance to begin his season. I think for FD he is tougher to roster because of the importance of the W and I think I am higher on his opposing pitcher tonight, Pomeranz.
Edinson Volquez, Kansas City (FD $8900, DK $6200)
Volquez is ultra cheap on DK but is priced as an elite pitcher tonight. He gets to take on the lack of offense that is the Minnesota Twins. He struck out 5 in 8 innings against the White Sox to begin his 2015 and I look for something very similar tonight.
Drew Pomeranz, Oakland (FD $6800, DK $6100)
I really like Pomeranz tonight against an Astros team that was pretty solid against lefties last year. I think he makes an excellent GPP option tonight as he has basically averaged a K per inning throughout his career and his numbers have been excellent since leaving Colorado.
Brandon Morrow, San Diego (FD $6600, DK $6700)
Morrow is returning from tommy john and his velocity in start 1 of the season returned to his pre injury speed and that is a great thing to see as Morrow, when healthy, has the ability to put up double digit K’s any night he takes the mound. He threw 7 shutout innings in his Padre debut while striking out 7.
Francisco Liriano, Pittsburgh (FD $8200, DK $8700)
Liriano is one of the top priced pitchers tonight and normally would be in the stud category however he faces the Tigers lineup that loves to hit lefties. The one thing in Liriano’s favor is no Victor Martinez in the lineup. I do not think there will be many stacking Tigers tonight because of Liriano but I also do not think many will be on Liriano because of what the Tiger offense can do.
Tim Lincecum, San Francisco (FD $6900, DK $7400)
Lincecum just is not the same player he was 5 years ago and this may be one of the few nights I even think about rostering him this season. In 2014 the Rockies had the second lowest road wOBA and Lincecum was 9-2 at home last season. I think he is a pitcher that may be under 5% owned tonight and he is capable of throwing a gem any given night.
Toronto Blue Jays: Reyes (FD $3800, DK $5000), Donaldson (FD $3900, DK $6000), Baustista (FD $4800, DK $6000), Encarnacion (FD $4500, DK $5300), Navarro (FD $2600, DK $4100)
Kansas City Royals: Alcides Escobar (FD $3200, DK $4200), Mike Moustakas (FD $3100, DK $4100), Lorenzo Cain (FD $3600, DK $4400), Kendrys Morales (FD $3000, DK $4000), Eric Hosmer (FD $3500, DK $4600)
St Louis Cardinals: Matt Carpenter (FD $4100, DK $4300), Jason Heyward (FD $3500, DK $4500), Matt Holiday (FD $3500, DK $4300), Matt Adams (FD $3400, DK $4400)
Chicago Cubs: Dexter Fowler (FD $3500, DK $4800), Anthony Rizzo (FD $4300, DK $5100), Jorge Soler (FD $4100, DK $4700)
New York Yankees: Jacoby Ellsbury (FD $4100, DK $4900), Chase Headley (FD $3200, DK $4300), Mark Texiera (FD $3800, DK $4300), Carlos Beltran (FD $2900, DK $4400)
Miguel Cabrera, Detroit Tigers
Evan Longoria, Tampa Bay Rays
Lucas Duda, New York Mets
Todd Frazier, Cincinnati Reds
Justin Upton, San Diego Padres
Buster Posey, San Francisco Giants
Nelson Cruz, Seattle Mariners
