Welcome to the MLB Fantasy Strategy for April 21st. We have a full slate of games to go over tonight. We are focusing on some GPP plays for your rosters so will talk about Pitchers to target, then get into some Stacks and round it out with some other bats to fill in.

Carlos Carrasco, Cleveland Indians (FD $9100, DK $8300)
Carrasco returns after taking a liner to the jaw and he may struggle early on but as soon as he settles in he has a great chance against a White Sox offense that just does not scare anybody right now. He is a road favorite tonight, which we do not see all that often in MLB.
Chris Archer, Tampa Bay Rays (FD $9000, DK $8200)
Archer has started this season out on fire and even though he is facing Boston tonight, he is pitching as well as anybody in the majors right now and gets to face those Red Sox in a pitcher’s park. He is a favorite tonight in a game with an O/U of 7.5.
Francisco Liriano, Pittsburgh Pirates (FD $8400, DK $8700)
Liriano is the biggest favorite on the board tonight as he gets to take on a Cubs team that likes to swing and they will swing and miss a fair amount tonight.
Brett Anderson, Los Angeles Dodgers (FD $6800, DK $6700)
Anderson has pitched solidly to begin his Dodgers career and takes on a Giants offense that has been struggling mightily so far this season. This game has the lowest O/U of the night and I think the Dodgers come away with a somewhat easy W.
Dan Haren, Miami Marlins (FD $7600, DK $7000)
Haren has looked extremely solid so far in 2015 as he has gone 13 innings and allowed just 3 runs, all of which have come via solo home runs. The Marlins are a -130 favorite on the road tonight and the Phillies offense is pretty terrible.
Collin McHugh, Houston Astros (FD $8900, DK $8100)
McHugh travels to Seattle tonight and is a decent underdog in a game with just a 7 O/U. The Seattle offense is scary right now and could very well make it a tough night for McHugh. With his price near the studs, I think his ownership % is extremely low tonight.
Wade Miley, Boston Red Sox (FD $7500, DK $6900)
Last week I targeted Miley from the offense side of things and tonight I may be taking Miley against a Rays offense that just does not scare me at all. They are capable of exploding, but then again so is every team in the majors.
Colorado Rockies: Corey Dickerson (FD $4900, DK $4700), Troy Tulowitzki (FD $5300, DK $6000), Carlos Gonzalez (FD $3800, DK $4600), Nolan Arenado (FD $4700, DK $5100)
Not much to say about a game in Colorado. Watch the lineup as Dickerson and Arenado have been dealing with some soreness and may or may not be in the lineup.
San Diego Padres: Wil Myers (FD $3700, DK $4800), Derek Norris (FD $3000, DK $3900), Matt Kemp (FD $4300, DK $5700), Justin Upton (FD $4600, DK $5500), Will Middlebrooks (FD $3300, DK $4100)
The Padres certainly put up a bunch of runs last night in Colorado and could be in a great spot again tonight as the Padres should be able to terrorize left handed pitching all season long.
Baltimore Orioles: Everth Cabrera (FD $2700, DK $3400), Adam Jones (FD $5100, DK $5400), Steve Pearce (FD $3600, DK $4200), Delmon Young (FD $2600, DK $3600)
The Orioles vs a left handed starter, where do I sign up? Buerhle is definitely an experienced pitcher and can certainly shut down a lineup from time to time, but I just feel like the right handed pop of Baltimore will be too much for him tonight.
Toronto Blue Jays: Josh Donaldson (FD $4400, DK $5800), Jose Bautista (FD $4900, DK $5600), Edwin Encarnacion (FD $4000, DK $4500), Dioner Navarro (FD $2400, DK $3700)
Norris has given up 11 runs in 8 innings so far this year and the Blue Jays can get to anybody and I think tonight’s game has a chance to play to a higher total than the game at Coors.
Miami Marlins: Dee Gordon (FD $4000, DK $5100), Christian Yelich (FD $3200, DK $4500), Giancarlo Stanton (FD $4900, DK $5400), Martin Prado (FD $2900, DK $3800)
I think this Marlins stack will be pretty under owned as they get to take on the much traveled Jerome Williams. You certainly could add in Morse/Ozuna as I think they get to Williams early.
Ryan Braun, Milwaukee Brewers
Buster Posey, San Francisco Giants
Lucas Duda, New York Mets
Miguel Cabrera, Detroit Tigers
Victor Martinez, Detroit Tigers
Jake Lamb, Arizona Diamondbacks
David Peralta, Arizona Diamondbacks
Ryan Braun, Milwaukee Brewers
